The Stone Chariot in Hampi's Vijaya Vittala Temple, an architectural marvel dates back to 15th century and was built during the reign of King Devraya II of the Vijayanagara Empire. 

This is a commissioned piece and was specially requested by the client to celebrate the rich culture and history of Karnataka, one of the souhern states of India. The pastel painting is done on a 16"x24" pastel board.
